Ca serait superbe de le voir encore sur le dohyô. Vraiment.
J'espère que sa santé le laissera tranquille pour ça, et vu l'alternance "basho mal en point-kadoban" et "basho pas trop mal-sauvetage", on peut craindre que l'entreprise ne soit difficile. Mais après tout, un grand lutteur comme Kirishima a bien continué en étant rétrogradé du rang d'ôzeki (fiche HakkeYoi), Kaiô s'il en a envie peut faire de même, ses fans seront toujours là.
Konishiki a lui aussi continué un long moment après avoir perdu son grade d´ozeki . Espérons pour nous tous que Kaio en fasse de même. Le sumo a encore besoin de lui et il a lui-même encore besoin du sumo , cela se sent. C´est toujours un moment particulier lorsqu´il monte sur le dohyo. Une dimension historique et une solennité émanent de sa personne

I'm routing for you since I became a fan of your sport. For me, you've always embodied what makes ozumo so valuable to me and I'd be deeply sad to see you leave as an ozeki when all the achievements of your brilliant career say that you definitely belong to the yokozuna. Your victory against Tochiazuma-zeki yesterday showed anyone that you're far from being over and still one of the best : I hope you'll please all those who believe in you by keeping on trying as hard as you did those days and will be here for many more basho : gambarimasu !

Of course you are known overseas and mountains. One of the greatest Ozeki of the History has only failed in wearing the Tsuna. You are one of the last rikishi of this period in the 90’s that much of us are regreting sometime with a kind of nostalgy. We enjoyed and we will continue to enjoy your « Nage ».
Unfortunatly, your are in a difficult position to keep your rank of Ozeki. You have declared that a new Make-Kochi will train your Intai. We respect your choice even if it’s sad for us. Only one thing is coming in my mind : to wish you good luck, courage and success.
Could you let us dream when you are on the Dohyo.

You are one of the more wonderful and more honorable rikishi I have ever seen.
Your career is an example of persistance after so many kadoban.
You have the quality to become yokozuna, unfortunately, up to now, you aren't promoted.
You can be Kachi-Kochi and I hope ,if infortunately you will be Make-Kochi, that you will continue the sumo. You are very important for this sport and you are a lot of supporters around the world and you are in the mind of everyone.
